TICKETING
How can I buy tickets?

They can be purchased online at: www.pegasusworldcup.com/tickets or by calling the Pegasus Box Office at 1-833-464-7924 between 9am-6pm 7-days a week, Monday to Sunday, excluding national holidays. All sales are final.

When will I receive my tickets?

All tickets are digital and viewable on your phone. If you purchased directly through Ticketmaster.com, you can log in and view your tickets in the Ticketmaster app. All other ticket purchases can be viewed and managed by logging in to your account at www.pegasusworldcup.com/myaccount. We recommend adding them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy storage and access on event day. All sales are final.

Can I still print my tickets from home?

Tickets will not include a PDF printout option.

What are the benefits of digital tickets?

Digital tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry into the event using your smartphone

  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.
Can I have multiple tickets on my phone?

Yes! You will be able to swipe left and right through all your available tickets once they are active in your account.

What if I don’t have a smartphone or have additional questions about mobile ticketing?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-833-464-7924 or email pwciticketing@gulfstreampark.com for assistance.

What if I need help day of, a broken device or battery issues?

For your convenience, we will have staff available on site to assist with any mobile inquiries. A dedicated team of experts will also be available at every entrance to ensure that all ticket holders can enter as quickly as possible and can also guide you to the nearby ticket office. Please have a valid ID for the name on your ticket.

What if I have a Windows phone, a Blackberry or otherwise can’t download the app?

You can always access your tickets via your smartphone’s browser without needing to download the app!

I lost/did not received my tickets, what do I do?

Please call our Customer Service department at 1-833-464-7924 or email pwciticketing@gulfstreampark.com for assistance to verify that we have received your order. If we have your order on file, we will be able to assist.

Can I refund/exchange tickets if I can’t use them?

No refunds are given. If you would like to exchange your ticket, please call the Box Office at 1-833-464-7924. All sales are final.

Is there child/youth pricing?

Children 3 years of age and younger can enter free with a paying adult ticket (one child per adult ticket).

Can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?

From Monday, January 19th to Saturday, January 24th (9am – 6pm) – Will call and Ticket Assistance is located at the Ticket Office near the South Valet Entrance – directly next to Christine Lee’s. Guests who are picking up tickets at will-call will need a valid photo ID, their confirmation number, and the credit card with which the tickets were purchased in order to pick up the tickets.

What are the arrival instructions?

Arrival instructions vary by ticket location:

Suites & Flamingo Room: Follow the blue line via Gates 1 & 2 to the VIP Valet/Drop-off.

Carousel Club: Enter via Gates 1 & 2. Self parking is available in the North Lot or proceed to North Valet.

Clubhouse Tickets: Enter through the gate closest to your assigned seat.

Ten Palms South / Walking Ring South / Silks: Enter via Gates 4 & 5. Proceed to Self Parking South or South Valet.

Ten Palms North / Walking Ring North: Enter via Gates 2 & 4. Proceed to Self Parking North or North Valet.

Casadonna Finish Line Terrace / Grandstand Boxes / Char: Enter via Gates 4 & 5. Proceed to Self Parking North or North Valet.

Parking:

Valet parking is available for purchase on-site for $100.

Self parking is free, first-come, first-served. Parking is limited—arrive early.

Is re-entry allowed once I leave the event?

No re-entry for General Admissions. For all wrist banded areas, guests are allowed to re-enter but will be subject to another security check.

Is parking available at the event?

Self Parking is free on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early as parking is limited.

Valet Parking: Available for purchase on-site for $100

Where is rideshare pick-up and drop-off located?

Silks Run is the designated location for rideshare drop-off and pick-up during the Pegasus World Cup.

What security screening procedures should guests expect?

To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a courteous screening upon entry by Security which, on occasion, may include a pat-down screening by a team member. All bags and vehicles will be subject to inspection upon entry. Persons that refuse to be screened, including patted down, and/or refuse to have their bags or vehicle inspected will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to Security, you consent to such inspections and hereby waive any and all related claims that you might have against Gulfstream Park, Pegasus World Cup, and its affiliates or related entities. Alcohol, weapons, or any items Security deems dangerous, in its sole discretion, will be confiscated. Illegal items will be turned over to law enforcement officers and may result in arrest and prosecution.

What is the bag policy?

Security reserves the right to inspect all bags entering the venue.

Are umbrellas allowed at the event?

Due to safety and line-of-sight concerns, umbrellas are not allowed at the Pegasus World Cup. Please leave umbrellas in your vehicle.

What are the Ticket Office hours and how can I contact them?

Tickets can be purchased online at www.pegasusworldcup.com/tickets or by calling the Pegasus Box Office at 1-833-464-7924. The Ticket Office is open 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, seven days a week, excluding national holidays.

What premium seating options are available?

Carousel Club – Located on the Ground Level Trackside. The ultimate indoor/outdoor homestretch experience, anchored by a 19th century carousel as the main bar. Ages 21+ only.

GUEST CONDUCT
Guest Code of conduct

All guests, at all times, should conduct themselves appropriately and courteously while visiting Gulfstream Park.

Guests exhibiting the following behavior are subject to ejection from Gulfstream Park:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Any interference with any horse race (including throwing objects onto or near the track).
• Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, security personnel, or Gulfstream Park/Pegasus employees or staff.
• Verbal or physical harassment of others.
• Unreasonably obstructing the view of others.
• Offensive language, or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Race Day Chic! (Guest attire should not have abusive, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate messages, or images on it, as may be determined by Gulfstream Park or Pegasus World Cup, in its sole discretion)

What behaviors may result in ejection from the event?

Guests that violate the code of conduct and event policies set forth herein are subject to ejection from Gulfstream Park without refund or compensation. Guests that conduct themselves in a manner to be found egregious or unlawful may be subject to a ban from Gulfstream Park.

Under what circumstances may a guest be denied entry?

Guest exhibiting signs of impairment which may be related to consumption of drugs and/or alcohol may be denied entry into the event.

Guests with prohibited items will be denied entry into the event. Guests must return prohibited items to their vehicle before entering the event.

Gulfstream Park reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny entry.

What is the alcohol policy at the event?

No outside food & beverages are permitted to be brought or carried into Gulfstream Park. Valid government issued ID required for alcohol purchase.

Alcohol beverage sales may be curtailed or prohibited at the discretion of Gulfstream Park and/or Pegasus World Cup. Bartenders or servers or Gulfstream Park/Pegasus World Cup may deny service of alcohol to any guest exhibiting signs of intoxication or other types of impairment. Guests are advised to drink alcohol responsibly.

What is the smoking policy at the event?

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas on property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. This policy also applies to smokeless, electronic (e-cigarettes) vaping with any alternative smoking products.

Are noise-makers or musical instruments allowed?

For the comfort of guests and our athletes and to maintain the integrity of the event, noisemakers and musical instruments are prohibited. This includes air horns, vuvuzelas, and any type of whistle.

Are drones permitted on or near the event grounds?

The use of any unmanned aircraft systems, radio-controlled model aircraft, and other devices that can be operated in airspace (e.g., drones) on or near Gulfstream Park property, including parking lots, is expressly prohibited.

Are cameras allowed at the event?

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) will not be permitted.

Are computers or tablets permitted at the event?

Computers or tablets are permitted but may be subject to inspection by Security.

Are binoculars allowed at the event?

Binoculars are permitted. Cases are subject to be searched by security.

How can I access Lost & Found?

Pegasus World Cup and Gulfstream Park are not responsible for any items left anywhere on grounds. Pegasus World Cup and Gulfstream Park are not liable for lost or damaged items. During events, items found should be turned into the Guest Services Information desk located on the ground level inside the Casino.

On non-event days, guests can call 954-457-6604 to report a lost item. Lost & Found items will be held for 30 days after an event. Any unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.

Where can I find water fountains on-site

Water Fountains can be found inside Silks and inside the Casino on the 1st floor.

What happens in the event of weather delays?

Event runs rain or shine. Event is subject to lightning delays.

Is Wi-Fi available at the event?

Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests throughout the facility at “Gulfstream Park Free Wi-Fi.”

What items are prohibited at the event?

The following items (in addition to those items listed elsewhere in the code of conduct and this event policy guide) are not permitted at Gulfstream Park and the Pegasus World Cup:

• Banners and signs
• Aerosol cans, mace, or pepper spray
• Drugs and illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind (including knives & firearms) and any item that may be deemed dangerous by Gulfstream Park and/or Pegasus World Cup, in their sole discretion.
• Glass containers and cans
• Grills
• Tents or Canopies
• Ladders, scaffolding or other raised devices.
• Bulky or oversized carrying devices, bags, and backpacks.
• Folding or non-folding furniture
• Hand carts or wheeled carts
• Thermoses, coolers, and ice chests
• Balloons, any type of balls, frisbees, laser pointers, or glow sticks.
• Fireworks, strobe lights, flares, explosives, ammunition, or other incendiary devices
• Selfie sticks
• Any other item deemed inappropriate by Gulfstream Park and Pegasus World Cup, in their sole discretion.

Are masks required at the event?

Wearing of protective masks is a personal choice and is at the discretion of guests and staff.

Will merchandise be available for purchase?

Merchandise will be available for purchase at the Gift Shop located on the ground level near the North Entrance.

Where can guests place bets at the event?

Over 460 wagering locations on property.

Are ATMs available on-site?

Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATM’s) are located on all floors and event areas.

ADA / Accessibility
Is accessible parking available?

Accessible parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis in all parking lots for those with a valid disabled placard. Please contact 954-457-6604 for those who are parked far and need assistance to get to event.

Is accessible seating available?

ADA Accessible seating is available for guests as needed. Please call the Pegasus Box Office at 1-833-464-7924 for information on purchasing such accessible seating.

Is mobility assistance available for guests with disabilities?

Courtesy shuttles are available to guests with limited mobility from the North & South valet drop-off locations to the North & South parking lots.

Wheelchair escorts will be available from entrance gates to seating locations and back. Guests can request a wheelchair escort through the nearest Pegasus World Cup employee or the Guest Services Information Desk.

Are service animals permitted?

Service Animals for guests with disabilities are permitted at Pegasus World Cup. All other animals, including pets and emotional support animals, are not allowed at Gulfstream Park and the Pegasus World Cup.

Are elevators available?

Elevators are located near the North & South entrances and are available for guests with disabilities as well as Casino, Ten Palms, Flamingo Room, and Suite guests.

Are accessible restrooms available?

All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Accessible restrooms are available in all event areas

Where can guests receive assistance?

Guests with questions or concerns should visit the Guest Services Information Desk located on the Ground Level inside the Finish Line Casino.

EMERGENCY SERVICES
What should guests do in an emergency?

If immediate assistance is required, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel, or police officer. Guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member, or by calling 954-457-6604. In the event of a serious emergency, event staff, event security, and police are ready and available to assist guests, including guests with disabilities. Important information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on video boards.

Is first aid available on-site?

Located at the Walking Ring – North, between the Paddock & Gift Shop. Guests in need of medical assistance should notify Security Personnel. Roving medical personnel are also available throughout the facility.

What should I do if a child or vulnerable adult is lost?

Guests with a lost child/vulnerable adult should visit the Guest Services Information Desk located on the Ground Level inside the Casino, or approach security personnel for assistance.

What is the lightning policy?

When lightning is detected in close proximity of Gulfstream Park, the public address system will inform guests where to seek shelter. The event will be suspended if there is a known imminent threat.
